on tuesday, i've started to run on the treadmill for 30-40 mins per day because im tired of how my body looks. i've been trying to cut out junk food and i've been successful for 4 days. i'm scared that i'm going to just give up and go back to my old habits because i love food SO much. how do i keep on this habit? i need to be skinny... help
